No. The customer portal is a PWA at [yourcompany].poolhq.app — works in any browser. Homeowners can add it to their home screen if they want a native feel, but installation is optional.
How does the AI assistant work?
PoolHQ indexes your live data with pgvector and uses Anthropic Claude to answer questions in plain English: "who is overdue", "draft a payment reminder for the Smith account", "what is trending on the Garcia pool". Available on Pro and Scale.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos and documents live on Cloudflare R2. Authentication is handled by Clerk with magic links and SSO support.
